Interviewer instructions
<span class="h2">Questionnaire section D: "Personal information"</span>
<br />Interview each member of the household using one page for each person. The order in which you must conduct the interviews is the same as you entered on question 6.c. Therefore, person No. 1 will correspond to the head of household, while person No. 2 will be the person you entered on the second row, and so forth.
<br />It is very important that you follow the order as entered on question 6.c for conducting the interviews in section D. This way, you will avoid leaving someone out without being recorded for the census.</p>
<p><span class="em">[Question 19, live-born children]</span>
<br /><span class="ital">Attention: </span>this question has a filter and a go to. The question must be asked only to women aged 15 years and over.
<br /><span class="em">Live-born child: </span>All children who breathe or move at the time of birth are considered as such, regardless of whether the child later dies for any reason.

<br />These questions address an especially sensitive topic, since they may bring up the death of a son or daughter. You must therefore be level-headed in waiting for the response.
<br />In the event that the recorded woman indicates that she has a missing son or daughter and does not know the child's whereabouts, it is the informant herself who must provide the response as to whether or not the child is currently alive.
