Primary data on 175 randomly selected (absentee) land owner/manager/leesee major pesticide intensive crops such as Boro (winter rice), potato, bean, eggplant, cabbage, sugarcane and mango across 11 districts of Bangladesh. across 11 districts of Bangladesh. The detailed Information include: 1) farmer’s characteristic: age, income, education, nutritional status: weight/height, plot size, ownership; 2) risk perceptions of pesticide use, knowledge, precautions and damage-averting behavior; 3) health effects of pesticide use.
