<p>This section deals with the number of persons in the household who have gone to live permanently in another country within the last 10 years.</p>
<p>Make it clear that you are not interested in knowing who left, but rather how many persons have left.</p>
<p>If the answer is positive, ask "how many women?" and "how many men?"</p>
