<p><span class="em">Question 6</span><div class="i1">What is your citizenship?</div><p>You should be able to decide whether a person is PNG citizen or not by simply looking at him or her. For each Papua New Guinea citizen simply write PNG on the census form.
<br />You must ask the question if you are in doubt about a person.
<br />You must keep in mind that some people from Indonesia who look like Papua New Guineans are actually Indonesian citizens. You should also look out for people from other Pacific Countries like Solomon Islands and Fiji.
<br />You must ask the question when interviewing Europeans and Chinese. The answer they give will be a name of a country. You should write the name of this country on the census form.
<br />You can abbreviate. For example:</p>
