<p>Pose the following question: "How many live births has [the respondent] had in the last 12 months (since November 1st, 2009)?". Record the total number of boys declared in the boxes marked "M" for male and the total number of girls declared in the boxes marked "F" for female.</p>
<p>Example:
<br />For a resident woman aged 24 having had 3 boys, record in the boxes:</p>
