Description

Definition

An arrangement where an employee (teleworker) is allowed to work at home. A teleworker is different from a homeworker as he/she has greater control over his/her skills, and means of production and labor. Teleworkers often network; the popular practice is for them to work in their local vicinity and communicate with their establishment located elsewhere.
