"Has any member of this household died in the past two years, that is, from February 1974 until yesterday?"<br /><br /><span class="pg">[p.22]</span><br /><br />In order to emphasize that the death of anyone who had been a member of this household is being sought, mention that even if the household member had been traveling and died elsewhere, that would still be considered the death of a member of this household.<br /><br />If the answer is "Yes" there was a death, then all questions below about death pertain to the person who died.<br /><br />b). <li>Name of the person who died.</li>
<li>Deceased person's relation to the head of household.</li>
<li>Gender: Enter a code corresponding to the respondent's answer Male: "L"; Female: "P".</li>

<li>Age: Enter the age of the person when he/she died.</li>
