In what locality or place did you begin to live when you were born?</span><br /><br />We look to obtain information about the locality or place that constituted the first habitual residence of the enumerated person.<br /><br /><span class="pg">[p. 25]</span><br /><br />Generally it was the same place where their parents lived at the moment of their birth.<br />Consequently, do not consider here a place or locality where the hospital, sanitarium or private house was found where the mother moved for the birth of the enumerated person.<br /><br />To write down this question, the same procedures and criteria for Question 7 are followed.<br /><br />If the enumerated person was born in Uruguay and is age 3 or older, go directly to the following Part "For all persons age 3 or older".
