This question asks if the child has received a vitamin A supplement.

Show the popular, capsules or syrup drugs to the respondent. You may be instructed to show different capsules, 100,000 IU for children 6-11 months old and 200,000 IU for children 12-59 months old, asking the caretaker to identify the correct one.
