<p>It is any housing fixed or mobile that has been built or adapted for housing persons. A house, apartment, trailer, tenant room, shack, hospital, and a room are all considered dwellings.</p>

<p><svar a="all" v="AR80A039"><span class="em">5. Number of bedrooms excluding bathrooms and kitchen:</span><br />You will fill out the cell corresponding to the number of bedrooms that the dwelling has, understanding by <span class="em">bedroom</span>: all environments that have the capacity for an adult bed. You will exclude: kitchen, bathrooms, halls, gal pones [slave quarters or a barn-like structure on a farm], bedrooms meant for commercial/industrial use, except when in any of them persons are lodged in a permanent form.<br /></svar>
