<p>It is any housing fixed or mobile that has been built or adapted for housing persons. A house, apartment, trailer, tenant room, shack, hospital, and a room are all considered dwellings.</p>

Running water from a system means that the facilities are given through a public system of pipes which are connected to the pipes of the dwelling.<br /></svar>
