Interviewer instructions
Item 16: srl. no. of informant (as in col. 1, block 4): The serial number of the person recorded in column 1 of Block 4, Schedule 1.0, from whom the bulk of the information is collected will be entered. Information has to be collected from one of the household members. In an extreme case, information may be collected from a person who is not a household member but is expected to know all the requisite information.
