<svar a="all" v="CM05A093"><span class="em">59. Settlement site</span><br />The settlement site is the precise location where the structure housing the household is built. It consists of two elements: the topography and the environmental risks.<br /><br />The codes of the terms for this variable are:<br /><br /><span class="em">01-Equiped mountainside: </span>the site of the slope having benefited from development of the building site (Roads System and Public Utilities: Roads, gutters, sewers?) and build according to urban standards.<br /><span class="em">02-Unequiped mountainside</span>: the site of the slope of the dwellings were constructed in an unregulated manner<br /><span class="em">03-Shoal: </span>the settlement site is in a valley without any water connection, but presenting risks of flooding by rainwater.<br /><span class="em">04-Swampy shoal: </span>the settlement site is in a valley with water flow or with a swamp and presenting an elevated risk of flooding<br /><span class="em">05-Flat zone: </span>settlement site is flat which can present with a risk of flooding during rainy season or by floodwaters; example, flooded plains<br /><span class="em">06-Peak/summit: </span>settlement site on a hill or a mountain presenting a risk of collapse/fallen rock<br /><span class="em">07-Near petroleum warehouses: </span>the settlement site if around petroleum warehouses and presents risks in case of fire; example, around cisterns, around gas stations, etc.<br /><span class="em">08-Near polluting factories: </span>settlement site is close to factories producing liquid, gaseous, or solid toxic waste. Example: chemical industries, refineries, metallurgic industries, and sawmills<br /><span class="em">09-Near airport: </span>settlement site is inside the security limits of an airport<br /><span class="em">10- Near a railway: </span>the settlement site is close to rails and presents risks in the event of a train accident.<br /><span class="em">11-Drains: </span>Settlement site is close to equipment that channels water and stream and presents a flood risk related to the overflow of water<br /><span class="em">12-Near mountain or volcanoes</span><br /><span class="em">13-Near high-tension power cables</span><br /><span class="em">14-Other: </span>All other settlement sites presenting no risk<br /><div class="i1">-Mark in the proper space the code of the response (resulting from your evaluation)</div><br /></svar>
