Former place of residence</span><br />The former place of residence is the quarter or the district where the surveyed person lived (for at least 6 months) right before moving to the place of residence during the surveying of Cameroon, or the country if they lived abroad.<br /><div class="i1">Where did ____ live before moving to the current, typical place of residence?<br /><br />-Mark the name (quarter/district or foreign country) on the dotted line corresponding to the registration order number of the surveyed person.</div><br />If the answer is Yes, 2 situations may present themselves<br /><div class="i1">a) The former place of residence was in Cameroon,</div><br /><div class="i2">-Mark the name of the quarter or district corresponding to the former place of residence on the dotted line corresponding to the registration order number of the surveyed person.</div><br /><br />Then ask the following question:<br /><div class="i1">Q. Was the town in which you lived in this quarter or in this district the main authority of the quarter or district or of a village?<br />b) The former place of residence was outside of Cameroon,</div><br /><div class="i2">-Mark the full name of the country of former residence on the dotted line corresponding to the registration order number of the surveyed person.</div><br /><br />Then ask the following question:<br /><div class="i1">Q. The town that you lived in, in this country, was it in an urban location (city) or a rural one (village)?</div><br />[Examples omitted]<br /><br />Then ask him the following question:<br /><div class="i1">Q.
