The count of the family members by age group is required in item b (i) to b (v). Refer to Col. 5 of ISH Form 2. Start by counting the number of family members who are 25 years old and over. Enter this number in b(v). Put a checkmark lightly on the left margin of ISH Form 2 for those who had been counted in order to facilitate counting for succeeding age groups. Then count the next lower age group until all the family members are accounted for. The details (i to v) should equal the total entered in sub-item b.
