Count the household members with codes 1 to 7 but excluding the overseas contract workers, that is those with entry of “1” in Col. 8 of ISH Form 2. The total count of these members of the household with codes of 1 to 7 in Col.3 except the overseas contract worker is the total number of family members. Enter this total in sub-item b.
