Definition
Ask your primary source of drinking water used by the household. Circle one answer corresponding code and write in the box provided.
It should also be remembered that in question here is the source. So if the respondent households get water from springs is channeled up to the house, then the source of its water from springs. When respondents use the water that comes from a water source, then select the one that springs most volume of water used by the household.
Code 1: Bottled water is water that is produced and distributed by a company in bottle and glass packaging, such as bottled water brand Aqua, Moya, 2 Tang, VIT, and drinking water refill.
Code 2: Plumbing is produced through the process of water purification and sanitation before channeled to consumers through an installation of a water channel. This water source cultivated by PAM (Drinking Water Company), PDAM (Regional Water Company), or BPAM (Water Management Agency), both government-run and private.
