Education aid in question here is twofold from GNOTA Institute and received the JPS program.
National Movement for Foster Parents (GNOTA) a movement which carried out nationally (the date of May 29, 1996) as an effort to grow, improve, and develop the role of the community as a foster parent in order to support the 9-year compulsory education. Help GNOTA managed and disbursed by the institution bewujud GNOTA 3 packages namely; package of school supplies, school uniforms and tuition assistance. Distribution of aid was conducted in June to August every year running. Clothing and equipment package delivered directly from GNOTA institutions to foster children, while school fees BRI sent over to the principal.
GNOTA target is underprivileged children, namely;
a). orphans, fatherless, or orphans who do not have the economic capacity to school supplies
b). children needy families,
c). child jobless families,
d). children homeless families, and
e). neglected children who have not received financial assistance from the school / institution.
Social Safety Net Program (JPS) hosted by the Government to deal with the impact of the economic crisis experienced by Indonesian society since the beginning of 1997, addressed to disadvantaged families and prosperous one. JPS program priorities there are 4 things namely food needs, health, education, and employment improved. JPS is now in progress, whether in relation to the procurement of food, especially food, rescue children from primary and secondary school dropouts, improving the quality of the learning process and so on.
