Definition
TBM is a real program the Directorate General of School Education (PLS) Ministry of National Education, which is a means of support in eradicating illiteracy. Terms establishment of TBM include:
1. Available / adequate and comfortable space measuring at least 3 mx 4 m.
2. Locations which may be used is the Community Learning Center (CLC), community centers, early childhood education, mosque or adequate shelter.
3. There are at least 50 books titles with at least 2 copies of each title. So in total there are books available at least 100 books.
4. There follows a simple bookshelf or table-chair carpet.
5. Available TBM nameplate.
Called TBM, 1 and 3 minimum requirements are met. His books supplied by people who care about the importance of reading books.
