La pregunta se constesta con base a tres categorías preestablecidas: Malo, Regular, Bueno.

Definition

Como su nombre lo indica, esta variable pretende registrar el estado de las paredes exteriores de la vivienda, es decir se omiten de esta consideración las paredes divisoras dentro de la vivienda. Esta variable es subjetiva pues se deja a criterio del entrevistador el cual se apega lo máximo posible a una serie de criterios establecidos por el INEC.
