Esta es una variable creada que identifica a las personas ocupadas que reúnen los siguientes criterios durante la semana de referencia:
• Trabajan menos de 40 horas por semana en todos sus empleos (horas efectivas para las personas ocupadas presentes en la semana de referencia y horas habituales para las ausentes en dicho período);
• Desean trabajar más horas,
• Están disponibles para trabajar más horas durante la semana de referencia o a más tardar durante dos semanas posteriores.
