Definition

1. Health complaints is a condition where a person suffers from physical or mental illness, whether it is an acute disease, chronic disease (although there is no problem in the last one month), accident, criminal act or other things.
2. Accidents are not accidental events, omissions or failure of a system that cause injury (not including intentional / criminal), occurred in the home (eg slip, scalded, stabbed nails), on the road (eg falling from a horse, hit by a gig, grazed truck), at work (eg crushed building materials, an explosion), or other (eg falling from a tree, sprains while playing basketball).
