Definition
1. Dry land is all land other than rice field lands which are usually planted with crops / upland rice, such as garden soil, garden (moor), huma / fields, pools, ponds, lakes, swamps and others.
2. Possessed, is agricultural land from the purchase, inheritance, grants, and owned based on land reform, ordinary petition, the division of land transmigration, the division of land from forest clearance and customary law.
