Rumah tangga yang tidak membayar PBB tidak perlu diperkirakan nilainya,tetapi bagi rumah tangga yang biasa membayar iuran PBB maka nilainya harus dicantumkan meskipun rumah tangga tersebut belum membayar.
Isian PBB sebulan yang lalu dapat diperoleh dari PBB tahunan dibagi 12.
