Definition
Health complaints is a condition where a person suffers from physical or mental illness, whether it is an acute disease, chronic disease (although there is no problem in the last one month), accident, criminal act or other things.
1. Fever is a condition which symptom is the increasing body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celcius, or if touched (especially with the back of the hand) it feels hot.
2. Coughing is a sound produced by the sudden opening of vocal cords followed by the fast release of air, in order to let out the object that stimulates the central or lower part of respiratory tract; short or long; dry, phlegm or bloody expectoration; lasting for days, weeks, months or years.
3. Colds is a condition with the following symptoms: mucus, nasal congestion, and might be followed by sneezing, or other symptoms.
4. Diarrhea is an illness which symptomsare: runny or liquid faeces, sometimes mixed with blood or mucus; generally happens 3 times or more within 24 hours. Diarrhea might be accompanied with a throwing up, or decrement of consciousness. Local people call this illness as mencret or bocor.
5. Toothache is the feeling of pain in the teeth or gums, sometimes accompanied by swelling, but does not include sprue.
6. Paralyzed is a weakness or inability to move a part of the body. It affects the left side, right side, lower part, right and left side or the whole body, the degree may be mild or medium (the strength is weakening), or severe (does not have any strength to move). The cause is various, example: stroke, polio, spine fracture, meningitis. Impotency is not considered as paralyzed.
7. Accidents are not accidental events, omissions or failure of a system that cause injury (not including intentional / criminal), occurred in the home (eg slip, scalded, stabbed nails), on the road (eg falling from a horse, hit by a gig, grazed truck), at work (eg crushed building materials, an explosion), or other (eg falling from a tree, sprains while playing basketball).
