Interviewer instructions

In order to identify the correct category of other lands allocated households, the
interviewer has to base the coding on the tax rate for each type by types of crops as in the table
below:
1. For annual crop land and land with water surface area for agriculture: The land category and
tax rate have been clearly explained in question 7 section A1.
2. Perennial crop land is calculated by 5 categories.
