a) has legal and financial responsibility for exploiting his or someone else's cultivated land (consisting of one or more acres, or, in the case of greenhouses, half an acre or more); or
b) owns animal stock, specifically, one or more cows, or two or more other big animals (such as oxen or horses), or five or more small animals (such as sheep or pigs), or fifty and more poultry, or twenty and more beehives;
or for both of the aforementioned reasons, namely, has both agricultural land and animal stock.
