Citizenship</span><br /><br />For citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, <span class="em">code 1 "Kyrgyz Republic" </span>is to be encircled.<br />Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are persons possessing citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic and those who acquired it in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and did not declare about their affiliation with the citizenship of any other state. <br />For foreign citizens in the line "other country" the name of the country where the person in question is a citizen (e.g., Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Spain, etc.) is to be recorded. <br />For persons with dual citizenship, the name of one country at the person's discretion is to be recorded.<br />Citizenship of children is to be recorded in accordance with the decision of their parents.<br />For persons without citizenship <span class="em">code 2 stateless</span> is to be encircled.<br /></svar>
