<br />The agent ask the following question: "Has [NAME] ever have stayed elsewhere for more than six (6) months?." If the answer is "No," enter "No" on the line provided in column 13. However, if the answer is "Yes," the agent then asks the question: "Where was [NAME] living immediately before settling where he now resides?"</p>
<div class="i1">a. If the person lived in Mali, the agent writes the name of the circle if it is known or region when the name of the circle is not known.<br />b. If the person resided abroad (outside of Mali), the agent writes the name of the country.</div><p>Instructions: </p>
<div class="i1">For visitors, it is necessary to distinguish between the place of enumeration, usual place of residence and place of previous residence.<br /><br />Place of Census: this is where the person was surveyed<br /><br />Usual place of residence: it is current place where he is staying or intends to stay longer than 6 months<br /><br />Previous place of residence: it is the last place of residence before moving to current place of residence. <br /><br />Do not fill in the shaded boxes (reserved for codification)</div>
