This is the language that the person speaks the most often, by order of importance, even if this is a foreign language. For persons who do not have a second language, write "None". For persons who are mute, write "None" for both the first and the second language.<br /> <br /><div class="i1">The second language is that spoken in daily life after the first language.<br /><br />For children who speak, ask the question, and write the declared answer.<br /><br />For newborn children, record the mother's first and second languages, when applicable.</div><br /></svar>
