<p>Read the Question and wait for a response. With this Question we intend to know persons' abilities to speak one or more languages. These data are important because they allow us to know in what language we can transmit information of public interest.
<br />Therefore, the correct response should be one different from that given in Questions P19, P20 and P21a. If the respondent cannot speak any other language different from the ones they mentioned previously, write NONE.
