Interviewer instructions

This question seeks to establish whether the household owns the property, or whether they are renting it. For example, are the majority of households’ members owning, renting or occupying rent-free dwellings? If there is an indication that the dwelling is owned and fully paid off from Q5.6, the enumerator is instructed to skip to Q5.8. The same applies if the dwelling is occupied rent-free.
The same instruction is applicable if the answer to Q5.6 is either 'Other', or 'Do not know'.
