Highly skilled production workers. Highly skilled production workers are those workers involved in the production process whose main tasks and duties involve complex problem solving, decision making and creativity, technical and practical tasks requiring extensive body of theoretical, technical, procedural, and factual knowledge in a specialized field. A highly skilled worker usually has attended a higher educational institution for at least one year or more after completing secondary school. Semi-skilled production workers.
