MENSTREGUSED3YR indicates whether the respondent had used "menstrual regulation" in the past 3 years. Menstrual regulation refers to a method of "bringing on" a delayed period or terminating a pregnancy by a health care worker briefly inserting a tube in the cervix and performing manual vacuum aspiration.
