Periode waktu selama krisis ekonomi (Juli 1997 - Nopember 1998).

Tahun mulai beroperasi/berproduksi adalah tahun pertama kali perusahaan menghasilkan/memproduksi barang/jasa secara komersial (tidak termasuk produksi percobaan). Untuk perusahaan konstruksi yang dimaksud tahun mulai berproduksi adalah tahun mulai kegiatan (early production).

Untuk perusahaan yang sudah berproduksi sebelum Juli 1997 tetapi pada periode krisis berganti KKKP dianggap beroperasi/berproduksi setelah Juli 1997.
