FOR EACH BIRTH SINCE JANUARY 1997, ENTER 'B' IN THE MONTH OF BIRTH IN COLUMN 1 OF THE CALENDAR, FOR EACH BIRTH, ASK THE NUMBER OF MONTHS THE PREGNANCY LASTED AND RECORD 'P' IN EACH OF THE PRECEDING MONTHS ACCORDING TO THE DURATION OF THE PREGNANCY.
