For women who gave birth in the last five years, DELJO1_ALL indicates whether, in response to an open-ended question, they reported "the respondent" gave delivery care for a recent birth. This response category is country-specific to Jordan. According to the Jordan 1997 Recode Documentation, this variable is coded as "Yes" (code "1") when "None" is not given as the answer, but no other responses are given for the series.

DELJO1_ALL consists of a set of up to six separate variables, covering the most recent birth (DELJO1_01) up to the sixth-most-recent birth (i.e., DELJO1_02, DELJO1_03, DELJO1_04, DELJO1_05, and DELJO1_06) during the reference period prior to the survey. If DELJO1_ALL is included in a data extract, all these separate variables are included in a researcher's data file.
