Definition
For household members under age 5, ANEMIAREFHHLT5 (HC58) indicates whether their parent or guardian agreed to their referral for treatment after hemoglobin blood tests revealed anemia. According to the DHS Recode Manuals, "In case where the anemia level is severe, respondents are asked whether this information can be given to a doctor at a specified health facility for follow up."
