DISDIFF reports the highest degree of difficulty present for any impairment(s).
DISDIFF is reported as "No difficulty" for respondents who did not have any impairments (e.g., vision, speech, communication). For respondents with one impairment, DISDIFF reports the level of difficulty for that impairment. For respondents with more than one impairment, DISDIFF reports the level of difficulty for the impairment that causes the most difficulty.
