Interviewer instructions
Record '1' for YES also if a person's illness started earlier than the 4 weeks period before the survey as long as the person was still sick during the 4 weeks period before the survey or currently as you enumerate. If the child was sick during the last 4 weeks period before the survey and is no longer sick, you still record '1' for YES. If a person was not sick during the last 4 weeks and not sick at the time of the interview go to NEXT SECTION.
