Interviewer instructions
Ask the mother the day, month and year in which she received the last dose of TT before her last pregnancy. You will need to convert the month to a number, as done earlier. If she cannot supply the month, circle '98' for 'DK Month'. If she can provide the year, fill in the year in the space provided and skip to the next module. If she does not know the year, circle '9998' and continue to TT8.
