Young people have a lot of talent, energy and motivation. They are important drivers for social change and economic development. However, they are more vulnerable to unemployment compared to adults. In Jamaica, youths are especially suffering from the lack of opportunities to find a job. The reform, the government has set a special focus on youth employment programs and initiatives in order to better integrate them into the labor market.
