This research aim to (1) Benchmark in development area base on maize support Kawasan Usaha Agribisnis Terpadu Sanggau Ledo covering condition agroekosistem ( SDA), human resources, social capital ( norm, custom, cultural, tradition), infrastructure, economic activity, and institute, (2) Development of agribisnis based on maize Model covering model of mix farming (on farm), off farm, non farm, and institute, giving farmer income in an optimal fashion This research executed in Kamuh and Sinar Tebudak village Sanggau Ledo Subdisctric, on Septemberi - October 2005. Primary and Secunder data obtained from farmer and obtained from various related/relevant institution. Method of data intake in stratified random sampling with responder amount 40 farmer. Area of Sanggau Ledo represent centra produce maize in dry farming of province of Kalimantan West. Tread on from the mentioned, hence model development of area of inwrought effort agribisnis ( KUAT) Sanggau Ledo base on maize with pattern integrate with livestock. Integration systems which have taken place either through in situ and also ex situ namely : systems integrate maize and cow, systems of maize and chicken of race and systems integrate peppercorn and goat and cow with arachis pintoi. Benchmark of household farmer income is 430 US$ with amount of member mean family 4 people, ownership of farm 1, 96 ha/kk, ownership of hoe 2 , mow 2 , and handsprayer 1 . Livestock owned by each household farmer for example : ox 1-2, goat 1, chicken 31. Applied strategy in development of KUAT Sanggau Ledo to reach target farmer income US$ 1.396 capita/year is pra condision scenario necessary by instituion sinergi and program
