El capítulo I está conformado por el Plan de Tesis detalla los antecedentes, descripciones geográficas y demográficas del Cantón, la identificación del problema, los objetivos; general y específicos así como sus hipótesis; generales y específicas, metodología, variables e indicadores, cronograma de actividades y el plan analítico. Dentro del Capítulo II se detalla el diagnóstico demográfico y educativo del Cantón Tena; Capítulo III hace referencia a la discusión teórica de la construcción de indicadores; en el Capítulo IV se detalla el diseño y metodología del sistema; y por último el Capítulo V emite las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación dando cumplimiento a objetivos e hipótesis. Chapter I contains the Thesis Plan and shows details of backgrounds, geographic and demographic descriptions of the Canton, identification of the problem, general and specific objectives; as well as hypothesis; methodologies, variables and indicators, activities timetable and the analytic plan. Chapter II shows details the demographic and educational diagnosis of Tena Canton; Chapter III refers to theoretical discussion with the construction of indicators; Chapter IV shows the design and system methodology; and finally Chapter V proposes relevant conclusions and recommendations of the investigation in order to attain objectives and hypothesis.
