| Abstract | WHO has targeted four NCDs: diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and respiratory disease and identified four modifiable lifestyle risk factors. These are smoking, poor nutrition, excessive alcohol consumption, and lack of physical activity. All four of these NCDs have an impact on SRH. Indeed the modifiable lifestyle risk factors mentioned have an important role in pregnancy and childbirth. |
