The economic, social and political growth of society demand for highly trained professionals that meet existing needs and requirements, to contribute in improving the services and requirements of the population to meet their needs. Universities and polytechnics must maintain an ongoing relationship with public and private companies to train professionals whose skills are required, also allowing the professional to be included in the different existing labor supply. In this regard it is essential to have tools and models to assess the relationship to be established to constant improvements in existing academic structures. Scientific, technological, cultural advancement, among other important constants have fostered changes in society, a factor that must be considered in the training of professionals, must have institutions of higher education models to ensure effective training, being this an element leading to improved living conditions and contribute to achieving Good living. Under the exposed elements, this research proposes a competency-based training structure based on the study of the needs of companies to contribute to the improvement of education, this being an element that will contribute to have a more just, equitable society and productive. Development of the formation of several axes accompanied with technical processes on which actions to better link education institutions with private and public enterprises are established. |
