Abstract
This paper addresses the strategy and activities for understanding knowledge and data
gaps in developing countries to tackle sustainable food systems using dialogue as a
platform for cohesion. Strategies and activities include the development of national and
regional capacities for sustainable consumption and production (SCP) and promote
the effective implementation of the concepts and tools of SCP in African countries.
This allows these countries to demonstrate methods of bridging the gaps and creating
sustainable food systems.
