Abstract | Thestudy was undertaken in four regions ofThailand. Four groups of people were recruited to obtain information. They are community members, staff and managers, community-based distributors (CBDs) and local leaders. The study indicated that staff and the managers and the community-based distributer valued policy of participation as an important strategy in implementing programme. They agreed that promoting community involvement would lead to more corporation in the community and would enable the government programme implementation reach the goals fruitfully. Among the community members, they appreciate participation in the way that if they help each other will benefit. If everyone know his/her role in participating in activities for communal benefits, then participation would be more attractive. |
