This wall chart provides a summary of selected key indicators for youth in Egypt as abstracted from the Population Council’s 2009 Survey of Young People in Egypt (SYPE). Key indicators include marriage and family formation; knowledge about HIV / AIDS; attitudes toward gender roles and practices; and school, work and civic participation. The data are disaggregated by socioeconomic status, geographic region, education, gender, age and other factors.
