This deliverable presents the harmonised data for a first version of the Level 0 European
Building Inventory Database. As described in Deliverable 7.4 (Crowley and Ozcebe,
2014), the database has a number of levels from 0 to 4. Level 0 is statistically significant
at the country level. Country fact data on dwellings and buildings are presented herein
and used together with a population dataset on a 30 arc second grid to produce a grid of
building counts across Europe. Dwelling and building fractions are presented herein for
each country in Europe and are used to disaggregate the building counts into different
building typologies. A number of electronic supplements are provided with this
deliverable and provide all of the inventory data presented herein for level 0 (all
countries) and for level 1(Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Kosovo, Turkey).
